After studying Chemistry at University, Meredith decided to work with his Father for a short period in his fledgling company, but within 6 months he proposed that Meredith should be a Director which persuaded him to stay. Secondary glazing was a very new concept in the UK, introduced from Canada; and his father, with an aviation background, was keen to develop its use for noise insulation. Over many years Meredith has been involved in all aspects of the company, and in 2000 attended Cranfield University’s Business Growth Programme. This started a period of sustainable development and growth. Family values have always been important and these continue to define the company today.
